Milescraft 1327 Pocket Jig 400 - All-Metal Pocket Hole Jig Kit

The Milescraft PocketJig400 is the professional pocket hole kit that delivers, perfect for creating pocket hole joints like a PRO. It features durable metal construction and solid steel bushings that adjust vertically and horizontally with a simple twist of a knob to fit your workpiece. The laser etched scales help set the position of the drill guides from .25” to 3” apart on boards from ½” to 1-1/2” (12-38mm) thick.

The PocketJig400’s convenient storage drawer contains markings for all common board thicknesses, making setting the depth stop simple and easy. Its flow-through bushing design allows for chips to exit the rear, keeping pocket holes smooth and clean of debris during drilling. The ¾” tall base is ideal for creating a custom pocket hole work station, and it can be mounted to a work surface, with common ¾” thick boards used to extend the base for more horizontal support for workpieces. Free plans are included with the kit.

For mobile or repair jobs, the clamping wall of the PocketJig400 is removable, turning it into a hand-held jig that fits and clamps almost anywhere. The kit includes all the accessories required to get started, including height adjustable bushing blocks containing two 3/8" steel drill guides that can be positioned for drilling boards from 1/2” up to 1-1/2” thick. The drill guides also adjust horizontally to position holes between 3/4” and 3” apart, with laser etched markings in inches and metric.

Additionally, it features a steel toggle clamp with micro-adjust clamp-head dials for perfect clamping pressure for different board thicknesses, and a convenient storage drawer that holds bit, driver, depth stops, and more. The L-Base can also be removed from the main body and used for mobile pocket hole projects and repairs.
